Quick Connect Meter Units
Quick Connect Meter Units are oil proportioning devices for cyclic systems. Each outlet of a lubricating system is controlled by a meter unit. The lubricator in the system dispenses known amounts of oil to the distribution network and meter units deliver this oil in varying amounts to the bearing points. They are ideal for Single Line Resistance (SLR) systems due to their high burst rate: 362 psi (25 bar).
Quick Connect Meter Units must be used with all cyclic type lubricators (cannot be used with continuous lubricators). Meter units feed in one direction only. This is indicated by an arrow stamped on the body. Quick Connect Junctions are used in systems where oil needs to be routed to other lubrication points. There are eight versions available and each works with a Bijur Delimon type FT meter unit.
