L6P Manual Pump

The L6P is a manually operated piston pump used widely in equipment that requires periodic lubrication such as machine tools, textile machinery and packaging equipment.

Function

In the rest mode the lever arm should be raised to the top position. This enables the integrated dump valve to relieve system pressure. By manually pumping, using the lever, the pressure will build up in the system. When system pressure is reached, a relief valve prevents over-pressure of the system. The number of cycles to build pressure, will be dependant on how long the main line is. On completion, the lever arm should be pushed fully up into top position to relieve main line pressure once more.
